Event Coverage: Tracking For the Cure

Wednesday July 23, 2008
Hooked On Driving Tracking For the CureWhat does a racetrack wedding, a Warriors in Pink Mustang pace car, and a $25,000 fundraiser have in common? They are all highlights of Hooked On Driving's Tracking for the Cure – One Lap at a Time event held on July 11, 2008. Hooked On Driving, a high-performance driving school, hosted the fundraiser benefiting the Susan G. Komen For the Cure Foundation.

The event was held at the Thunderhill Park Raceway in Willows, Calif. In all, 80 drivers hit the track with one thing in mind: Raise money for the Susan G. Komen Foundation. By the time the day was over, $25,000 had been raised for charity and one couple had been married on the track. For all the details, check out our Hooked on Driving Tracking For the Cure Event Coverage.
