
The Barrett-Jackson auction in Scottsdale is in full swing, and as of Wednesday night, Mustang stole the show. On Wednesday night, the one-of-a-kind 2012 Mustang GT NASCAR Race Car, built by NASCAR hall of famer Rusty Wallace, sold for an impressive $200,000.
The car, Lot #3003, was the highest selling vehicle at the show on Wednesday, and the highest selling vehicle since the show began earlier this week. All proceeds will go to benefit the NASCAR Foundation. The car features a 5.8L V8 Roush Yates Racing engine, producing an impressive 800 horsepower and 525 ft/lb of torque.
