Sunpro, the maker of performance tachometers and gauges, has released a new compact version of its retro styled Super Tach III. The tachometer, which is 3 3/8-inch in size (Part #CP7915), was designed to fit easily on dashboards where space is limited, and features a 10,000-rev scale.

The Super Tach III is surrounded by a solid metal casing with a reflective chrome finish. It also includes aerodynamic relief vents on each side of its parabola-shaped housing. Additional features include a prominent blue shift light designed to complement the tachometer's retro, two-tone dial face graphics. An RPM set-point control can be accessed on the front dial.

The tachometer is created with a vibration proof air-core meter construction to ensure the Super Tach III is accurate and reliable. Internal settings can be adjusted for 2-, 4-, 6- and 8-cylinder engines. An adjustable swivel mounting foot allows for positioning at a variety of angles. The tachometer can also be mounted in the dash with an optional bracket.

Other features of the smaller Super Tach III include an illuminated pointer and through-the-dial lighting for better night visibility. The shift light can also be repositioned around the tachometer to achieve the best viewing angle.
