Ford has unveiled the highly anticipated 2008 Bullitt Mustang. The new Bullitt's 4.6-liter V8 is set to deliver 315 hp and 325 lb.-ft. of torque. It will feature Dark Highland Green exterior paint and a special exhaust note that matches the Steve McQueen film from which its name derives.
The 2008 Bullitt marks the 40th anniversary of the release of the Warner Bros. film, Bullitt. The Bullitt Mustang is priced at $31,075 Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), with a limited run of only 7,700 units planned. It is expected to go on sale in early 2008.
