Shelby’s Mustang Packages for 2010

Powerful Upgrade Options for Current Mustang Owners

As of June 2009, Shelby Automobiles plans to offer several new post-title packages for Mustang enthusiasts seeking improved power and performance. Unlike the 2010 Shelby GT500, a post-title package is an option that can be added to Mustangs that have already been purchased. Those interested in upgrading their Mustang will generally have the work completed at one of Shelby’s authorized modification centers. Some packages can be also completed by an authorized Ford Dealer.

2010 Shelby Automobiles Mustang Packages:

SuperSnake Package

One of the more popular Shelby upgrades is the SuperSnake Package for the 2010 Shelby GT500. Shelby says only 500 of these packages will be sold.

Shelby GT/SR

This package is designed for those who currently own a Shelby GT Mustang.

Shelby GT/SC

The Shelby GT/SC Package, which is a toned down version of the GT/SR option, is designed for Shelby GT and Shelby GT-H Mustangs.

Shelby GT500SE

This package is designed for owners of 2008 and 2009 Shelby GT 500s and will be limited to 500 packages sold per model year.

Shelby SuperCharged & SR

These two packages are designed for 2005-2009 Mustang GT owners seeking to turn their car into a Shelby Mustang.
