What makes it special?
There are lots of S197 Mustangs but very few like mine. It is only one of 251 Ford produced like it. I celebrate by driving it once a week, only if the weather is good. I look forward to driving it, a lot like having a first date with the captain of the cheerleading team on a Friday night. It's part of my family. Known as "Baby", I have actually named it "KryptonKnight" because that is the only thing able to take down Superman. I have changed almost everything possible and added to where I could not. Sitting at a traffic light waiting for it to change, and having the guy next to me tell me that he loves my ride is very encouraging. Especially if he is driving a Corvette, Camaro, or Trans-Am.
Advice
- This car is my "Fountain of youth". I turn the key and I become 17 again. Yahoo, life is good! You cannot go wrong with a Mustang of any year. I would recommend that you buy a turn-key ride. Life under a car is not that much fun. The newer the Mustang, the better chance you have of driving somewhere without worrying about whether you will drive it home or ride in the tow truck!
