Ford Mustang Customer Satisfaction

The Mustang convertible is at it again. According to the 2007 U.S. News & World Report Best Cars and Trucks rankings, the 2008 Mustang Convertible ranked number two in the four-seat convertibles category. The study based its findings on published reviews from automotive critics and data from a variety of independent sources.

In addition, it has also been reported that the Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 ranked second place in customer satisfaction according to the latest U.S. Global Quality Research System (GQRS) study. In a statement, Mark Fields, president of The Americas, Ford Motor Company said, "The progress is real, and it’s encouraging, but we’re not letting up. We’re working hard to win customers back with strong product quality and a line-up of vehicles people really want."

All good news for the Mustang of course.
