When did Ford stop producing the 5.0L Mustang?

By

Question: When did Ford stop producing the 5.0L Mustang?
Is it true Ford stopped producing the 5.0L Mustang in 1994?
Answer: Many people think production of the 5.0L Mustang came to an end with the launch of the Fourth Generation SN-95 Platform in 1994. Actually, the last year Ford used the 5.0L V8 Windsor engine in the Mustang was 1995. After that, Ford replaced it with a 4.6L V8 engine capable of producing 215 hp.

In December of 2009 Ford announced that a new 5.0L Mustang, using the V8 "Coyote" Engine, will appear in the 2011 Ford Mustang GT. The car will produce 412 horsepower and 390 ft.-lb. of torque.
